Description
Golden Bantam sweetcorn is a fairly common, traditional, seed-resistant variety with well-formed, sweet cobs that are harvested at milk maturity for cooking, roasting, grilling or eating raw. For vegetable fans with little time and a microwave, it is also suitable as a quick snack. To do this, place the unpeeled cob in the microwave for three minutes, then turn it over and heat it for a further three minutes. Now you can carefully remove the hot shell around the cob, butter and salt it and enjoy it straight away.
