Description
Melothria grows abundantly on the balcony, in a container or in the garden. It needs support, a fence or the like, and can reach heights of a good 2.50 m.
The numerous small, oval fruits impress with their unusual appearance and crispy-sour fresh, as well as the intense, lemony-cucumbery taste.
The plants also form strong tuberous roots, with which the plants can be over-wintered like dahlias.
