Description
Aromata is a slender, aromatic parsnip with butter-colored roots. Its mild flavour and smooth, fine-grained texture make it suitable for eating raw. Our parsnips are ideal for making soups, vegetables or salads; do not peel, just brush off.
Location requirements
Sun to partial shade, nutrient-rich, moist, without waterlogging.
Sowing
March – June. Seed depth: 2 – 3 cm.
Germination
15 – 20 °C, 15 – 20 days.
Plantation
Keep the soil moist at all times.
Distances
7,5 x 40 cm.
Harvest
Late summer to spring.
