Description

The Green Luobo variety is characterised by its approx. 15 cm narrow,
elongated, mostly green-coloured roots that only grow slightly into the
soil. The foliage is strong, dark green and has a glossy shimmer. The
roots are white-fleshed, slightly green in colour in the upper area. The
taste is pleasantly mild, crunchy and extremely buttery. The tubers can
be stored very well. Also suitable for cultivation over the summer.

Location requirements

Low demands on fertilization and watering.

Sowing

July to end of August. Sowing depth: approx. 1 – 2 cm.

Germination

6 – 18 °C, 6-12 days.

Plantation

If sowing too close together, separate to 5 cm. Dig up before the first hard frosts.
