Description

The spectrum of this old variety is very diverse. The colours vary from green to red to purple and the plant height from medium to very tall. This winter vegetable is particularly popular for savoury cabbage dishes, but it is also suitable for casseroles, salads or dried and salted for kale crisps. The advantages for the home garden and the market stall are the easy harvest and the beauty of the product. The variety is characterised by good performance with a low water and nutrient supply and good winter hardiness.
