The low green cabbage is a hardy variety with dark, mossy leaves that can “hide” well under the snow due to its low growth. This winter vegetable is particularly popular for hearty cabbage dishes, but it is also suitable for casseroles, salads or dried and salted for kale potato chips. It can also be grown in tubs. The variety is characterized by good performance with a low water and nutrient supply and good winter hardiness.
