Description
Blushing pinky-red, soft, and sweet, these tiny fruit are calling out to be snacked on.
Very compact, vigorous seedlings.
Higher temperature needed during germination!
These are pretty close to the original tomato! Dainty, with boundless energy to grow,
the best of their kind also boast the following qualities:
• Robustness (as long as there is plenty of airflow and sun)
• Low fertilizer and water needs
• Generous amounts of fruit
• Great for children
• Can be grown creatively as an ornamental feature, for e.g. in buckets on the balcony.
Wild tomatoes need plenty of space to spread. They are at their best beside a fence,
wall, or along a path. Arrange bamboo stakes as supports in the home garden, or use
the “Göttingen System” (see picture) for the market garden.
