Description

The Sunviva outdoor tomato has bright yellow fruits. It is particularly juicy and has a strong, fruity aroma and, with a fruit weight of 20 g, is suitable for snacking, for decorating salads and as an ingredient in various vegetable dishes. The plant is very robust and suitable for multi-shoot cultivation. Unprotected outdoor cultivation is possible. The plant should be regularly pinched out and tied up. A sufficient supply of nutrients increases the yield. Sunviva seeds are subject to an open source license and their use and further development may not be restricted by plant variety protection or patent rights.

Location requirements

Low demands on fertilization and watering, sunny and airy outdoors.

Sowing

From mid-February. The aim is to plant flowering and frost-free. Sowing depth 0.2 – 0.5 cm.

Germination

18 – 24 °C, 10 – 14 days.

Plantation

After the first leaf has formed, prick out and pot up. The plant should be covered with soil just below the cotyledons to allow sufficient roots to form.
