Description
Sorrel Belleville is a large-leaved, perennial variety. It can be used fresh in salads or steamed in butter. Sorrel is also ideal for soups. It increases the body‘s defenses and has a blood-purifying and detoxifying effect. The leaves are often used for feeding small animals.
