Description
An uncomplicated seasoning and decorative herb to spice up a cucumber salad, for example. So far, white-flowering borage is less common than its blue relatives, but no less attractive. In our comparison, Martha was even able to boast a slightly longer harvest window due to slightly better plant health. The entire plant can be eaten or used. Fine chopping minimizes the “scratchy” component. Regular pruning promotes resprouting with fresh greenery.
