Description
The pink-red, soft fruits of the Red Marble wild tomato have a delicious sweetness and a lush fruit clusters. With a fruit weight of 2 g, the small fruits are tempting to snack on. The multi-shoot young plants are very compact. Wild tomatoes need space to develop. They grow best next to fences, walls or paths where they can climb freely. Bamboo supports, which can be arranged in creative ways, are very helpful. The tomato does not need to be pruned or tied up. Wild tomatoes do not need a lot of fertiliser but, like all tomatoes, prefer humus-rich, deep soil.
