Description

The Green Jugin pumpkin is a pumpkin with a delicious taste and a wonderfully floury texture. The flesh is firm and aromatic. Like Hokkaido, it can usually be eaten with the skin on. Green Jugin lives up to its name and is suitable for cooking, roasting or baking. It reaches a fruit weight of 2 – 3 kg. Thanks to its good shelf life, it enriches the kitchen over a long period of time.
