Description
The broad bean Crimsonia is a red-flowered, rather small vegetable bean. Its red flowers make it a visual eye-catcher in the garden. The beans have a good taste and are suitable for various vegetable dishes. They are cooked without the pod and go well with tomato, pepper, onion, pumpkin and mushrooms. Due to its rather small growth, the broad bean does not usually need to be staked.
